Tushiyah

Updated: Jan 17, 2023

"Counsel is mine and sound wisdom..." Proverbs 8:14

Sound wisdom is the Hebrew word tushiyah. It is Strong's Concordance number H8454 meaning to substantiate; support or by implication ability, directly help, an undertaking; intellectual understanding:

The Ancient Hebrew Analysis: The mark that secures you with the ability to press or lift the work you see ahead of you.

When Yahuah marks us or assigns us for a work he gives us what we need to complete it. This is wisdom from Yahuah.

This word is similar to the word Chokmah which means wisdom or skill.

This is Yahuah's pattern. When the children of Israel were building the tabernacle he gave them skill, ability, understanding, and sound wisdom to complete the task.

This word also reminds me of BANAH which means the wisdom to build.

Since tushiyah is the mark that secures you with the ability to press or lift the work you see ahead of you; what is the work?

The work could be facing your trauma. The work could be facing your behavior, your attitude, and actions toward others. It could be worshiping Him in obedience. It could be to be a living testimony. It could be seeking Him for His Ruach haKodesh (Holy Spirit). It could be...anything.

The work can change by seasons. We just have to trust that whatever the work is through Yahusha we have the power, strength, and tools to do it.

"He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly." Proverbs 2:7

Prayer Point: Ask Yahusha what is my work in this season.

Reflection: Do I trust that Yahuah has given me what I need to complete the assignment?
